Once a creator has finished their draft, they can add instructions for what’s needed next, say for a VA or team member who does researching or editing.
Instructions can be items such as: tidy-ups, re-format, add more images/content from a different URL to a section, research this topic, and add another 200 words. Instructions should be associated with sections.
Then, an email is sent to a team member, who can pick up on these instructions and take action.
Instruction items can be ticked off when completed, to easily show they've been completed, or to track progress.
