Why in the world don't you have a 'Cancel Subscription' button somewhere in the account settings next to the Plan we're using??? I want to cancel my subscription but I can't find it anywhere. I searched in Google and I found a link where I need to enter the email I've purchased the subscription and then to receive an email with a link (Update info/view purchase history) where I can actually cancel my subscription. I received the email, clicked the link and... "This page isn’t working - checkout.designrr.io didn’t send any data."......... (Smily emoji with a tear)... Why are you making things so complicated for us? There should be a 'Cancel Subscription' button, right next to the subscription plan and we (the users) should be able to cancel it whenever we want to! You know, like every other normal platform...

In the Transcription Editor or Draft list have the option to assign each individual Transcription Draft to a Team Member for them to edit the Transcript before assigning to a Project/Book. A drop down menu listing all Team members in order to assign it for editing possibly? If added on the Drafts listing page it would be quick to see which Transcript Drafts have been assigned and to which Team Member. Having a Team Member do the Transcript preparation would be a huge asset.
