I purchased both the Basic for $27.00 and the KSM Series Mastery however, I can only sign in to the Basic plan. What am I doing wrong? I am ready to learn and use your system! I have three series written and almost ready to be tweaked and published on Kindle and Audiobooks. My last book was written with the help of Alex Rodriguez about his high school coach, Rich Hofman, The Coach of the Decade. I have prepared two more ebooks to attach to Coach of the Decade, in addition to the 3,3,4 book series that are ready to go. How do I access the $297.00 program? Brazilian Portuguese is spoken by over 215 million people and Portuguese by 10.7 million. The audience is much larger and the language difference is large. I bought this tool thinking of making my ebook here in Brazil because I am Brazilian and to my surprise I didn't have that language option... and only Portuguese from Portugal, which is very different from ours... if you can include it in the list it will be of great value!!! Super grateful!!

In addition to PDF, it should be possible to export the e-book in DOCX format

It would be great to have a translation engine inside the book software so we can offer our books in different languages.

I have two problems with my table of contents. I started with one of Designrr's Templates. 1) There is a time lag of two pages. So the pages listed in the TOC are wrong. (This is not because the pages preceding Chapter 1 are of the wrong type. They are indeed COVER and TOC.) 2) The links in TOC don't always work, although they are there. So the reader is not “transported” to the chapter he is clicking on. I communicated with technical support at least 4 times via CHAT without anyone finding a solution. I deleted and reintegrated a TOC several times (which would have been the easy solution), without success for the 2 problems mentioned above. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the time lost. I can't publish a book with poor OCD and ask people to pay. It doesn't look professional at all! Designrr should not provide access to Templates that don't work 100%. I am still waiting for a solution from technical support. I sent them the name of the document in question at their request... Time flies... Revenues also... :(

Designrr is powerful, especially because it has automatic TOC and pagination — features Canva doesn’t have. However, many simple tasks take extra time because the interface isn’t as intuitive. Improving basic usability (element alignment, editing speed, selecting overlapping elements, smoother movement) would make the design process much more user-friendly and efficient.

It would be very helpful if clicking on an inserted image displayed its properties, especially the file name. Many authors use images from Unsplash or other sources and need to provide proper attribution. Knowing which specific file was inserted helps maintain ethical and professional referencing.

The global footer reset doesn’t seem to update all pages as expected. Even after resetting, some pages retain the previous style or content. I’m not sure if this is a bug, but it affects workflow when preparing long ebooks. Improving or fixing the global footer reset would help ensure consistency and save editing time.

Even when I manually change the fonts throughout the project, the template’s default fonts keep reappearing. It would be incredibly helpful to allow users to set global font styles (title, heading, paragraph) that apply across the entire ebook and stay persistent. This would prevent repetitive styling work and help maintain consistent typography.

Designrr would be much easier to use if elements (text boxes, shapes, images) could be placed precisely where the user wants them via smoother drag-and-drop. Right now it’s difficult to drop an element exactly on the target area, and elements often overlap or snap unpredictably. A more intuitive, Canva-like drag-and-drop experience would save a lot of time and make layout adjustments far easier for ebook creators.
