Would like to be able to add an index page at the end, similar to contents, which automatically puts the H2 headings with the H3 headings underneath and page numbers. I had to do this manually and it took me half a day for a 70 page ebook manual.

I would like to propose the implementation of an automatic index generation capability. This feature should enable the creation of a comprehensive index at the conclusion of the document, mirroring the structure of a table of contents. Specifically, it should identify and list all H2 headings as primary entries, with associated H3 headings nested underneath, each accompanied by the relevant page number. The current necessity for manual index creation is a time-consuming process.
